What if I could not download the files in time?
The monthly benefit is one file each month or within the 30 day period, but usually there will be many additional ones, these unlike the Facebook subscription will last for one active month, which we believe is enough time to download. My computer crashed and I lost all my files. How do I order them again?

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Log in to your profile, then under options you will find "My subscription", finally select "cancel subscription" and that's it! Please note that after cancellation you will continue with your benefits until the expiration of your period.
